OpenText is looking for a Senior Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams in developing impactful Cybersecurity Enterprise solutions, fostering a culture of innovation, and delivering exceptional customer value in the face of evolving cyber threats.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong technical background in full-stack development (Java, Angular, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with modern frameworks and tools (Python, Go, React, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of secure software development lifecycle practices and cybersecurity protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, PKI).
- Experience managing on-premises and SaaS/PaaS product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multiple software development teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and quarterly objectives.
- Drive execution of large-scale programs, balancing technical excellence with business impact.
- Champion engineering best practices, secure development standards, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, QA, and Security to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
- Navigate ambiguity and change with resilience, guiding teams through evolving priorities and technical challenges.
- Cultivate talent by coaching team members, fostering career growth, and building a diverse and inclusive engineering culture.
- Influence architectural decisions and long-term technology strategy in alignment with enterprise cybersecurity goals.
