Realtor.com® is looking for a Sr. Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams in delivering high-quality value quickly through Agile incremental development, designing and operationalizing experiences and services using advanced data architectures deployed on Amazon Web Services, partnering with technical leads to define a clear technical roadmap and uphold the architectural integrity of Move products, driving continuous improvement by optimizing tools to accelerate experimentation and value delivery, fostering a culture of integrity, trust, quality, and ongoing improvement, and inspiring and energizing the team, rallying them to successfully execute a range of organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in modern web architectures (e.g., React), backend development (e.g., Python), relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
- Hands-on experience with high-level design and familiarity with best practices and design patterns

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading software engineering teams in a technology company, 8+ years related experience
- A strong results and outcome-driven focus, understanding the value derived from rapidly shipping code and learning/iterating on the results
