Requirements
6 + years of web product design experience, focused on digital products or equivalent
1+ year of product design experience for touch-based mobile interfaces
An online portfolio showing process and design thinking
Experience with all aspects of a user-centered design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, and creating content specifications
Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team within an iterative process and an Agile development methodology
Experience with accessible design and accessibility testing for solutions
Proficient in design tools like Figma and Writer
Prior experience within the financial services industry
Responsibilities
Bring products to life through collaboration across the enterprise, designing solutions that delight and satisfy our clients and meet business needs
Influence product design efforts from early discovery to final delivery
Design interactions across desktop, mobile web and native mobile experiences, using product context
Align visual design approach for products, including how aspects like layout, color, spacing and typography impact how the user will interact with the system and how the system should respond
Work within (and potentially contribute to) a design system with full understanding of the overarching structure and implementation methods for patterns and components
Design features for native mobile applications with a deep understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design standards
Stay current with mobile trends, new techniques for design, testing and development, as well as technology shifts in mobile platforms, helping others to do the same

Strong self-management skills, comfortable with substantial responsibility, working directly with our client partners, and capable of managing your project schedules
Effective relationship builder – ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality types
Comfortable in a project-driven work environment, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
