Lucid Motors is looking for a Sr. Manufacturing Execution Systems Developer to develop and roll out manufacturing systems used in production for their luxury electric vehicles.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the MES Manufacturing Execution System Fundamental Database Concepts of SQL Server: DDL, DML, DCL, Indexing, Join, Subquery, Union, Order by / Group by.
- Hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA application of Inductive Automation.
- Should be proficient in all Ignition Modules like Alarm, EAM, Device driver, Tag Historian, DB Management, MQTT, etc.
- Should be proficient in various Ignition Architecture, Licensing schemes, Python Scripting, reporting in the ignition.
- Experience in large-scale design and development of HMI, MES, and SCADA systems built around the Ignition platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead software development to develop and sustain custom automation modules and solutions specifically hosted in the Ignition platform provided by Inductive Automation.
- Development of Andon screens, Business KPIs Dashboards, and reports for Manufacturing related functional modules.
- Connectivity management with Peer systems and third-party systems for Manufacturing enterprise modules.
- Delivery of MES projects (development and testing) through agile processes. Including future-oriented remote diagnostics in the development of modules.
- Creation of digital blocks and standardization with ISA-95 framework in all manufacturing areas.
- Development of standard interfaces for integrating enterprise systems- such as web services and XML file exchange.
- Connecting reports to business KPIs and aiming for high penetration of report/insights- MES terminals/functions utilization.
