The company is looking to bridge business process and system gaps in material planning, costing, and inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Maintenance such as Material master, EWM Product Master, Kanban Control Cycles etc.
- Good understanding of SAP S4 HANA and Fiori apps
- Good understanding of automotive Material Flow process and required Master Data
- Good understanding of Bill of Materials, Routing, Production Supply Area and material master field function and impact to the business
- High level configuration and troubleshooting knowledge to resolve SAP issues
- 3 years SAP Master Data such as Material Master, MRP different views, Material Planning, Production Planning, and impacts, EWM and MM product Master etc.
- Analytical skills with ability to comb through data to identify the root cause for gaps/errors
Responsibilities
- Data health checks and metrics for the plant/warehouse
- Identify Process vs systems gaps and work with Process owners & Enterprise team to fill the gap
- Master data/configuration issue notification and ticket generation
- Work with Plant logistics operation and material flow engineer for any systems/process change
- Master data creation & maintenance for plant and logistics operations center
- Data analytics and master data in-consistency check on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Cutover support during new product launch and phases
Other
- Able to lead projects/programs with cross functional teams and deliver projects on time
- Able to work with cross-functional team and lead projects for the department
- Support Plant Logistics operations team with transaction and systems error
- Support training team in creating job aids and SOP's
- Support inventory team during physical inventory
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Engineering/Computer Science or other related fields required
- 5 years of work experience in Automotive/manufacturing or related field
