Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
- Proficiency in customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C-Sharp, .NET, and Power Platform.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
- Experience with data migration and ETL processes.
