Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
  • Proficiency in customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C-Sharp, .NET, and Power Platform.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
  • Experience with data migration and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

  • design, develop, customize, and support solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
  • developing customizations, plugins, and integrations
  • configuring Dynamics modules to meet business requirements
  • providing ongoing support and troubleshooting
  • collaborating with business analysts for requirements gathering
  • conducting testing
  • managing deployments

  • US Citizen
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Prior experience collaborating with client stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment
