Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to design, develop, customize, and support solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service to drive business transformation and efficiency for federal clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
- Proficiency in customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C, .NET, and Power Platform
- Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
- Experience with data migration and ETL processes
