Velocitor Solutions is looking to rapidly develop cross-platform mobile solutions for their products by hiring a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to contribute expertise in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Android and iOS applications.
Requirements
- Experience developing production Android, iOS or both applications through all phases
- Some combination of: Kotlin & Jetpack Compose Android, Swift & Swift UI iOS and/or C-Sharp
- Kotlin/Swift/MAUI development experience
- MVVM and related mobile application architecture and design patterns
- Experience with JSON, XAML/XML and REST Web Services
- Experience with GIT, Jira and Azure pipelines
- API design and development experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Contribute an extensive reservoir of expertise and competence, coupled with the capacity to swiftly conceptualize, design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Kotlin/Swift/Maui/C-Sharp for iOS and/or Android
- Help us implement manual & automated testing into our development process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any defects that may arise
- Maintain existing code
- Work with analysts to define system requirements
- Develop quality products and deliver them on schedule
- Work with functional testers to ensure accuracy
Other
- Attend and actively engage in team meetings as scheduled
- Research and learn about new technologies
- Produce technical documentation
- Fulfill miscellaneous tasks and special projects as delegated by management or in accordance with business requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills and work well with others
