Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Architect, design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, C, and related technologies.
- Drive complex system integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across various platforms.
- Spearhead the modernization of legacy applications, identifying opportunities for technological upgrades and process improvements.
- Implement and optimize DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., using GitLab, XL Release) to enhance development velocity and deployment consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UI/UX designers, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines throughout the software development lifecycle.
