The Hertz Corporation is looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion Developer to focus on custom development within their Supply Chain (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes. The role aims to improve business flows through custom extensions, integrations, and automation, while also managing vendor relationships and providing L3 production support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development, including 10+ years’ experience working on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM.
- Strong in OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, BIP, OTBI, FBDI/ADFdi, VBCS, SQL/PLSQL, performance tuning.
- Proven delivery in SCM, HCM, OTC, and RTR functional areas.
- Experience working in multi-vendor environments with multiple concurrent priorities.
- Hands-on Agile experience; familiar with AIM or OUM.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and deliver innovative, out-of-the-box solutions.
- Creative problem-solving mindset for quick and lasting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom extensions, integrations, and UI components using VBCS, Application Composer, Page Composer, and Flexfields.
- Build and optimize integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, BIP/OTBI extracts, and FBDI/ADFdi.
- Deliver enhancements and automation for SCM, HCM, OTC, and RTR business flows — including procurement, inventory, order management, pricing, invoicing, AP/AR, GL, subledger accounting, core HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management.
- Create BIP/OTBI reports and dashboards; ensure high data accuracy and performance.
- Provide L3 support including defect triage, root cause analysis, and preventive fixes.
- Work in Agile environments and follow AIM or OUM methodologies for design, build, and delivery.
- Collaborate with and challenge vendors on estimates, timelines, and solution approaches to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
