Concentrix is looking for a Sr Power BI Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI to transform raw data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database).
- Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., DA-100: Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI).
Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query.
- Integrate Power BI with various data sources including SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud platforms.
- Implement row-level security and manage user access to reports.
- Monitor and maintain performance of Power BI solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in BI development, with at least 3 years focused on Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work 5 days a week onsite in Bellevue, WA.
- Must undergo a background check in accordance with applicable law.
