Baxter is seeking a Sr Principal Embedded Software Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge, embedded software solutions that enhance their infusion portfolio, specifically for the Novum Infusion Pump team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in embedded software development
- 3+ years of experience specifically writing high reliability real-time embedded software in C/C++
- Highly proficient in C++
- strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux
- Experience with additional programming languages such as Python
- familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (e.g., Jenkins) tools
