Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of root cause analysis tools
- Ability to lead design investigations
- Experience with hardware and software design changes
- Knowledge of production and manufacturing risks
- Ability to assess timeline impacts and risk against project schedules
Responsibilities
- Lead cross functional team to drive execution of hardware and software design changes for the Hugo Product.
- Be the key central communications point for released product engineering related to operations activity.
- Track deliverables from internal and external teams against product design change requirements.
- Anticipate, identify, and provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
- Understand root cause analysis tools with ability to lead design investigations.
- Mitigate production and manufacturing risks by identifying areas of opportunity and executing improvement projects.
- Ability to assess timeline impacts and risk against project schedules.
