The Service Product's Strategy & Support Partner (SSP) team at Chase needs to enable the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way for the Outbound Dependency Management Program, minimizing risks from external constraints limiting continuous value delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- PMP Certification
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle and agility practices
- Data Analysis and reporting experience, ability to review data sets and provide concise and digestible reports for various audiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies and partnership with external products
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners to increase risk identification and mitigation
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage outbound dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Collaborates with the Product Deliver Manager to implement strategic multi-channel communications and materials to provide program updates, planned enhancements, and influence leadership decisions
- Develops and maintains clear, actionable reporting to monitor progress, surface risks, and inform decision-making for stakeholders at all levels.
- Designs and refines processes to streamline workflows, drive continuous improvement, and support successful adoption of change initiatives across teams.
