Medtronic is looking to manage a variety of Change Development Process (CDP) projects resulting from compliance maintenance efforts across the Surgical product portfolio to ensure product safety, efficacy, cost-effectiveness, and market readiness.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
- 2+ years of experience with budget management or financial tracking within projects
- 2+ years leading projects of increasing complexity and multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge in product development and commercialization in the medical device industry
- PMP or PgMP certification
- 2+ years of experience with budget management or financial tracking within projects
- 2+ years leading stakeholder communications across various peer and leadership levels of an organization
- Experience with advanced scheduling and resource management tools like Microsoft Project and/or Resource First/PDWare
Responsibilities
- Manage Projects: Oversee projects through the Change Development Process to implement critical compliance needs across the Surgical product portfolio.
- Shape Processes: Help develop scalable processes for Compliance PMO to enable timely and efficient execution.
- Drive Lifecycle Success: Ensure product safety, efficacy, cost-effectiveness, and market readiness throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage lifecycle projects for products and processes
- Manage the operational aspects of projects, including planning, scheduling, and status reporting
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to meet business goals
- Develop or co-develop processes and tools to track project progress and ensure compliance within assigned areas.
