Requirements
- Background in server products and electrical engineering (EE) strongly preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience as a product manager or technical marketing engineer in data center routing and switching networking technologies.
- Proven success in strategically defining and launching products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet business objectives.
- Must have a positive attitude and a proactive eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.
- Manage the product development process, ensuring products are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.
- Run beta and pilot programs to gather feedback and refine products.
- Train global sales teams and field application engineers to effectively promote and sell products.
- Take ownership of MBD NPI projects, collaborating with system PMs, Taiwan PMs, R&D, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitive products, ensuring Supermicro products remain at the forefront of the market.
- Act as a leader within the company, driving the product vision and ensuring it aligns with overall business goals.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Electrical Engineering preferred).
- Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time.
