Tailored Brands is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join their Digital Product team to shape product strategy, inspire alignment across stakeholders, and deliver high-value outcomes with excellence, ultimately helping customers love the way they look and feel for their most important moments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience leading high-impact initiatives with consumer or ecommerce products
  • Product management experience on at least one customer-facing ecommerce platform required, retail experience a plus
  • Experience working on technical, operational, omnichannel, and cross-functional projects
  • Experience integrating with third party SaaS providers for features including reviews, user generated content, outfitting, search, etc.
  • Advanced skills in strategic and analytical thinking with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities with an understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design, with expertise in data-tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Content Square or similar tool
  • Track record of owning and driving end-to-end product requirements including prioritizing complex deliverables, driving discussions that lead to solutions and running large meetings with technical and business teams in Agile frameworks with a Scrum methodology
  • Proven and successful experience with managing end-to-end new product launches including deep understanding of effective product lifecycle planning

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead eCommerce product lifecycle from strategy to outcomes for a product squad over a specific domain.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in continuously gathering domain knowledge, including customer needs, product analytics, business systems, and industry standards.
  • Build strong partnerships within the product trio to lead discovery and solutioning with clarity and precision.
  • Foster clarity for the product team in the ambiguity of identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing opportunities to drive desired outcomes.
  • Guide agile execution with confidence, driving clarity across epics, tickets, releases, and experiments.
  • Proficiently drive the release of product enhancements including analyzing product metrics pre and post analysis, coordinating AB testing, and calculating business impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with site operations, merchandising, customer service, and store operations teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, engineering or equivalent training and experience preferred
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
