VCA is looking to transform the pet care experience with innovative digital solutions and needs a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and lead cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful results.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Atlassian Suite, Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, Figma, Miro, Sketch, and writing product specifications
- Experience with data-driven insights, including A/B testing, user research, and market analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data to guide tradeoffs and product delivery
- Product Management Certification (PMC) or Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred
- 5+ years of product management experience within a software company, directly partnering with engineering/development teams
- Proven ability to define product vision, create strategy, and deliver consumer products at scale
Responsibilities
- Stay informed on pet care industry trends, technologies, and user behaviors to shape product strategy
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap, translating ideas into actionable plans
- Apply data-driven insights, including A/B testing, user research, and market analysis, to guide decisions
- Build a deep understanding of user needs and ensure products deliver value across a diverse customer base
- Lead cross-functional teams, driving alignment and progress in complex or ambiguous spaces
- Balance stakeholder needs by collaborating with designers, engineers, and data scientists
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Clear communicator with experience presenting to executives and simplifying complex concepts
- 5+ years of product management experience within a software company, directly partnering with engineering/development teams
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
