BambooHR is looking to enhance scalability, usability, and value for customers in the Benefits Administration product, by solving meaningful problems and shipping work that matters.
Requirements
- Technical fluency that allows you to engage effectively with engineers and make informed tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into product decisions that move key metrics.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies and experienced in both discovery and delivery.
- Experience in Benefits Administration, HR Tech, or other workflow- or compliance-heavy domains is preferred but not required.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams — design, engineering, research, and operations — to bring ideas to life.
- Comfortable balancing creative and analytical thinking; you can zoom out to strategy and zoom in to detail.
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-centered products.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with design and engineering to craft elegant, scalable solutions that simplify complex benefits workflows and improve customer outcomes.
- Develop a deep understanding of the benefits administration domain through customer research, data analysis, and ongoing collaboration with internal experts.
- Clearly define and prioritize problems that matter most to customers — turning insights into actionable opportunities.
- Drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring that strategy, roadmap, and execution reflect shared priorities.
- Deliver solutions that balance long-term product evolution with near-term impact, using data and experimentation to learn quickly.
- Regularly evaluate product effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative feedback, identifying opportunities to improve usability and satisfaction.
- Leverage AI tools and principles to enhance discovery, definition, design, and delivery throughout the product development lifecycle.
