AliMed is looking to evolve its product offerings and drive new business opportunities by hiring a Sr. Product Manager to create and execute comprehensive business and strategic marketing plans.
Requirements
- 5-10 years medical device / pharmaceutical product marketing experience.
- Experienced in developing brand strategy, product positioning, value propositions.
- Sales channel experience with distributors, contract sales organizations, and contracts (GPO/IDNs) preferred.
- Experience creatingexecuting integrated cross team and channel marketing plans required.
- Familiarity with Operating Room and Interventional lab procedures is a must.
- Experience managing large product portfolios (blend of unique and commodity) is necessary.
- Experience working with products used in long-term care and post-operative orthopedic products will be given priority.
Responsibilities
- Create a product roadmap to evolve AliMed's product offerings.
- Drive new business opportunities across all channels.
- Develop product pricing strategies.
- Drive product development through innovation aimed at improving customer experience.
- Develop and execute training materials for Sales Team.
- Improve brand awareness, identity, and customer engagement.
- Capable of developing meaningful KPIs and metrics to map successful projects, and pivot as needed.
