Zapier is seeking to develop AI/Machine Learning products to power customer-facing features and optimize internal workflows, aiming to make automation work for everyone and unlock customer value.
Requirements
- technical fluency in AI/ML-related products
- comfortable in discussions about data/AI specific system design, runtime limits, and API architecture
- use this understanding to work effectively with engineers and make sound product decisions
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and drive a roadmap for the development of AI and Machine Learning efforts across all of Zapier’s Build zones & teams.
- Engage deeply with our internal customers in Build, Engineering or Go To Market organizations, using real-world usage, feedback, pain points and strategic vision to prioritize the highest leverage things that will help Zapier succeed.
- Work across teams to ensure AI/ML products integrate effectively into Zapier’s most important initiatives and are at the core of their success.
- Evolve the AI/ML product portfolio to support enterprise needs such as security, scalability, and data privacy.
- Keep a running list of opportunities for AI/ML investment across Zapier, and advocate for its prioritization regularly based on evolving needs at Zapier.
- Work in a cross-functional team to decide what to build next and deliver it.
- Work closely with engineers to scope and deliver features that have the highest leverage for our customers.
