At Apple, the AI and Data Platform team is building Gen AI capabilities to increase productivity and efficiency across Apple's Business Units. The Sr. Product Manager will define, build, launch, and land the next-generation of Gen AI inferences for Apple Enterprise Teams.
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of technical product management
- 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- 1 year of product experience in AI or ML
- Manage and prioritize roadmaps using OKR methodology across a large product portfolio
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, product experience, and performance.
- Research best in class industry approaches to help deliver a world class platform and experience.
- Discuss complex industry-specific business concepts with executives, managers, and technologists
- Understand the technical problems and dependencies, partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and deliver a product experience.
- Partner closely with Engineering to bring the Gen AI products to market, land it with customers, define and measure success, and bring back learnings to the feature teams to set the product strategy and priorities.
- Track product performance via KPIs to understand usage, accuracy, and performance.
Other
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Math, Business, or equivalent field.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with presenting to audiences >100 people of various levels (developers to executives) and backgrounds (business, technical, operations)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
- A creative problem solver with an excellent ability to influence without authority
