Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technology Product Management or similar role
- Experience working with customers and engineers with proven ability to rally a team to build great products
- Technically fluent - able to engage deeply with engineering teams without needing to write code
- Experience collaborating with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to create innovative solutions
- Experience building software products in a product management role
- Solid design sensibilities and ability to create simple products that users love
- Business strategy and business case definition experience
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for automating data quality that contributes to complete farm records
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Crop Input Products throughout the John Deere tech stack
- Bring the product to life through written and verbal communication aimed at creating exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with UX designers, engineers, data scientists, and other subject matter experts to ensure the successful execution of your vision
- Leverage strong business judgment and technical knowledge to assess what is technically feasible and strategically vital for the business, while coordinating and aligning your product roadmap and features with other product teams to manage interactions and dependencies
