Requirements
- SQL experience - strongly preferred
- RCM prior auth experience - strongly preferred
- Experience with product analytics platforms and tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Qlik Sense or similar - a plus
- Healthcare billing experience - a plus
- Product management experience - required
Responsibilities
- Map out and analyze billing processes and systems
- Develop products to meet the needs of patients, providers, and internal billing teams
- Drive efficiencies through product innovation
- Implement new solutions that can scale
- Communicate with senior-level stakeholders to champion efforts and gain buy-in for product plans
Other
- 4-6 years of experience in product management focusing on complex operational/business process related projects or equivalent experience at a hyper growth company
- 2+ years experience of billing experience within the healthcare industry
- Exceptional analytical skills, operational excellence DNA, obsessed with finding ways to make processes more efficient through software solutions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to define, plan, and lead projects forward
- Energy, enthusiasm, and sense of urgency
- Results-oriented with a willingness to take calculated risks and provide constructive feedback
