NetApp is looking to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of FlexPod, their converged infrastructure solution co-engineered with Cisco, to support hybrid cloud, enterprise apps, and AI infrastructure.
Requirements
- proven track record in converged infrastructure, HCI, and hybrid cloud architectures.
- NetApp AFF and ASA storage systems
- Cisco UCS X-Series and C-Series compute platforms
- Cisco Nexus switching and fabric interconnects
- VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes
- AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps workflows
- Familiarity with Cisco Validated Designs (CVDs), NetApp Verified Architectures (NVAs), and NetApp Solution Briefs.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the FlexPod roadmap in alignment with NetApp and Cisco strategic goals.
- Lead initiatives across infrastructure modernization, AI enablement, and secure workload deployment.
- Analyze CI/HCI market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate FlexPod in virtualization, containerization, and AI use cases.
- Partner with engineering, design, and partner teams to deliver new FlexPod capabilities.
- Ensure seamless integration of NetApp storage, Cisco UCS compute, and Cisco Nexus switching/fabric interconnects.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
