Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on event management, streaming, or related technologies.
- 2+ years launching and scaling complex software platforms.
- Strong technical background and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience with live streaming platforms and technologies (e.g., WebRTC, HLS, RTMP).
- Experience with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
- Background working with mission-critical systems that support high-visibility external events.
- Experience in organizations balancing user-facing and engineering-heavy product initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for critical systems supporting Apple events while building scalable solutions for internal collaboration needs.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Drive the execution of the product roadmap, working closely with engineering and design teams.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the platform's success and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in event management, streaming, and related fields.

- Education: Bachelor's or Masters Degree in an engineering or technical field.
- Product Vision & Strategy: Champion a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our event management and streaming platform, aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Market Analysis & User Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and unmet needs in the event management and streaming space.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the event lifecycle, including planning, registration, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders and partners.
