Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, with a preference for Workday product expertise or experience building guest or team member–facing products that enhance user experience
- Experience working in agile environments (user stories, iterative development, sprints, personas)
- Skilled at bridging business and technology through clear, collaborative communication
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage insights to guide strategy
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for Target’s Workday Team Member Experience ecosystem
- Advocate for your product vision, ensuring stakeholder needs are met while providing leadership, clarity, and support your team needs to succeed
- Build trust-based partnerships across pyramids and business units, navigating competing priorities and fostering alignment to deliver shared outcomes
- Lead long-term planning, define OKRs, and drive measurable business results
- Oversee and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on the themes, epics, and stories that deliver the greatest value and align with the overall product strategy
- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams of stakeholders, engineers, and analysts, you’ll guide the delivery of impactful, scalable solutions that enhance the team member experience
- Balance innovation with operational excellence—advancing functionality while maintaining reliability, stability, and performance across systems
