  • Use research, experimentation, and data to inform decisions.
  • Anticipate market shifts and proactively evolve strategy.
  • Resolve complex cross-functional challenges and mentor peers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive major product launches and initiatives, shaping audience segmentation, positioning, messaging, and activation strategies across multiple channels.
  • Develop and unify positioning and messaging frameworks that connect product, sales, and marketing touchpoints.
  • Transform market research, educator feedback, and usage data into actionable insights that inform product and marketing decisions.
  • Lead integrated campaigns that elevate Edmentum's career-connected learning solutions.
  • Create compelling creative briefs and campaign assets to boost awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics to refine strategies and scale successful initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Enablement teams to ensure sales and customer success are equipped with the right tools and messaging.
