Requirements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Strong background in customer analytics, campaign development, and experimentation
Responsibilities
- Define the Amazon Business customer insights strategy to support acquisition of small business customers
- Define goals, priorities, and success metrics to deepen our understanding of our prospect base and improve conversion metrics through the marketing funnel
- Build, prioritize, and execute against an experiment roadmap to validate hypotheses and launch new marketing capabilities and content / campaign strategies
- Partner with marketers to translate insights and analysis to campaigns in production across multiple acquisition channels
- Work cross-functionality with a diverse set of Amazon teams including Marketing, Product, Tech, Retail, Sales, and Data Science to continuously evolve and refine our strategy

- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA
