AWS is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness and adoption for their Professional Services portfolio, developing crisp positioning and messaging to educate customers about what is possible with AWS Cloud.
Requirements
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with Professional Services
Responsibilities
- Drive understanding of Professional Services portfolio messaging and positioning for AWS.
- Conduct customer research to inform marketing deliverables and influence the product roadmap.
- Identify the target audience, buyer personas, and buyer journeys for the portfolio.
- Collaborate with product teams to distill features and benefits of major launches into positioning and messaging.
- Develop audience-specific messaging, marketing content, and go-to-market materials.
- Develop and execute on innovative product marketing activities that reach target audiences effectively.
- Partner with other marketing teams to develop marketing launch strategies and focused marketing programs that drive product adoption and usage.

- 6+ years of Product Marketing Management experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Ability to work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff
- Ability to adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service
