Luxury Stores is seeking to improve the end-to-end site experience, including content, curation, and site merchandising strategy to inspire browsing and drive conversion
Requirements
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and execute the site merchandising strategy and content calendar to inspire and convert customers
- Work with site merchandising, styling, and creative counterparts to scale content creation (e.g., generative AI, photoshoots) to deliver a regular cadence of site updates aligning to seasonal events, industry moments, brand launches, and trends
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business intelligence teams to optimize site placements (refinements, filters, product page) and reporting
- Set up testing and experimentation to gain customer insights on CX improvements
- Create reporting structure to track, measure, and benchmark site performance, sharing learnings and recommendations with key stakeholders
- Stay current with fashion and beauty trends in the luxury retail industry to continue iterating on a best-in-class site experience

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree
