Requirements

  • Experience working with a SaaS software provider
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Deep understanding of buyer personas, customer journeys, and sales cycles in complex selling environments
  • Healthcare background a plus
  • Proven ability of solving complex issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points; analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and develop effective product messaging.
  • Develop and communicate compelling messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to buyer personas, verticals, and use cases.
  • Architect and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, inclusive of identifying competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and market position using this information to understand the market and how our product offerings can be differentiated.
  • Create high-impact marketing materials and collateral to support all sales and marketing efforts.
  • Design and deliver sales enablement programs that equip sales and client-facing teams with the necessary tools, training and knowledge about the products and packages we offer.
  • Track key performance indicators to assess the success of marketing efforts and make data-drive decisions for future improvements in messaging, positioning, and targeting.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience in product marketing, sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support
  • Proven success in launching and scaling products in competitive markets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
