Gilbarco Veeder-Root is looking for a Product Owner II to join their Automatic Tank Gauge team to define and prioritize the product backlog, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate product vision into actionable user stories to deliver high-quality, customer-focused features for their global fueling infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
- Experienced in leading development of complex software products with Agile teams, with a proven ability to work effectively in Scrum environments and guide teams through delivery cycles.
- Knowledgeable about cloud technologies and web development (Node.js, Go, API development, Angular and ReactJS), understanding the nuances of building scalable and secure cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of embedded device software engineering standards is nice-to-have
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives, balancing technical feasibility and stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-focused features.
- Translate the vision of the product and the customer needs into actionable user stories and requirements with clear acceptance criteria to guide the development team effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and usage data, driving iterative enhancements.
- Keep a constant pulse on scope, requirements, and goals for each effort to be the voice of product within the software engineering team.
