BSH Home Appliances Corporation seeks a Senior Product Owner to provide strategic input to product management and execute from concept to product launch, deriving products from consumer insights and driving the product roadmap to successful launch while meeting cost, quality, and timeline metrics.

- Reports to the Head of Product Management
- Facilitates creativity; encourages innovation; and is comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, conflict, playfulness, experimentation, and informed risk taking.
- Will be accountable for the business field/category regarding deriving products from consumers’ pain & gain points as well as their shopping behaviour.
- The cross-functional project manager will be the co-pilot in this effort.
- Must be a team player who relies on close collaboration with the other team members yet has no formal authority over them.
- Manages complex categories in terms of revenues and will have the assistance of the BU head in terms of delivering on KPIs for business success and definition of the vision.
- 7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Innovation Manager or occupation involving Product Development within the home appliances industry.
- 30% domestic and international travel.
- Telecommuting: 100% remote position.
