Pizza Hut is looking to lead a back of house transformation through a digital transformation of its back-of-house technologies to improve team member experience in store.
Requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies (epics, features, stories,)
- Modern software development practices (test driven development)
- Tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Software engineering background is a plus
- QSR experience is a plus
- Analytical mindset and experience turning insights into action
- Strong written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Manage sprint iterations and Agile ceremonies like stand up, storyboarding, retrospective, etc.
- Maintain and communicate weekly status updates.
- Work progress tracking and managing predictability.
- Manage team backlog and prioritize items.
- Creates requirements and synthesizes into user stories; Breaks requirements into iterative sprint-sized stories to optimize speed-to-value.
- Develops project plans & participates in release process - manages risks, communicates product needs, and surfaces issues to cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Participates in stand-ups, grooming/planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives.

- Bachelor's degree required or relevant experience required
- 4-6 years’ experience as PO/PM required
