Requirements
- 4+ years in a product development organization defining and delivering enterprise-class software on web, or mobile, platforms.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and related tools (Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps).
- Understanding and technical acumen on core cloud concepts such as SaaS, APIs, devops/SRE, and/or artificial intelligence/machine learning.
- Experience driving product vision, strategic product roadmaps, go-to-market strategy, product ops, and design discussions.
- Knowledge of the Home Medical Equipment, or Order Fulfillment markets.
- Experience or background with workflow automation technologies.
- Experience or working knowledge of EDI X12, REST API, SOAP API, SQL, Biztalk, AWS
Responsibilities
- Develop new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
- Create mock-ups, wireframes, and workflow diagrams
- Help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities, and help translate these into product requirements
- Write clear user stories and establish acceptance criteria based on requirements
- Research the functional, regulatory, or security need in a specific area to develop the business requirement and process
- Develop Beta Test Scripts and other required documentation.
Other
- Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand business needs and requirements
- Partner with engineering teams and leaders to ensure that designers, engineers, QA, etc. are operating effectively at all levels
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas, particularly to healthcare IT audiences.
- Experience establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams, particularly Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
