Tactacam is seeking a Sr. Product Strategy Manager to drive innovation across its product ecosystem, shaping and translating high-level strategy into impactful products and experiences from research to launch.
Requirements
- 6–10 years in product management, strategic design, or experience innovation roles.
- Proven track record in leading products from concept to launch, ideally across hardware + software ecosystems.
- Strong design sensibility and experience collaborating with industrial and UX design teams.
- Proficiency in defining user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and working with engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to create and leverage customer personas and research insights.
- Background in Tech / Consumer Products / Hardware+Software / Connected Devices preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strategic roadmap across app, physical product, and ecosystem experiences.
- Define detailed product requirements and success criteria, balancing user value, feasibility, and business impact.
- Write Product Requirements Documents (PRD), Firmware/User Stories (FRD), and Marketing Requirements Documents (MRD).
- Prioritize roadmap initiatives and manage trade-offs across short- and long-term goals.
- Contribute to early-stage app wireframes and layouts for new products, apps, and features.
- Support pre-launch validation and post-launch feedback loops.
- Manage Beta Testing and Customer Support escalations.

- Define and own a clear, compelling product and brand vision aligned with business objectives and brand values.
- Align stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams.
- Build consensus and communicate the “why” behind product decisions to ensure organizational buy-in and clarity.
- Partner with GTM teams to prepare product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
- Exceptional communication and executive influencing skills; thrives in ambiguity and complexity.
