Box needs to provide best-in-class support for developers, administrators, and end users to transform the content management landscape
Requirements
- Technically savvy with a curiosity for how software works and passion for innovation
- Ability to write code in at least one language
- Understanding of web services, including transport protocols (primarily HTTP), common data formats (JSON), and standard API patterns (e.g. REST)
- Experience using Postman and Enterprise Event Management software is a plus
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Ability to leverage AI to help make faster, smarter decisions
- Familiarity with API- or integration-related product features
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and supporting customers to optimize their use of Box
- Collaborating directly with users and internal teams such as Customer Success Managers, Engineers, Implementation Consultants, and Product Managers
- Developing technically and professionally with internal connections and supplemental training
- Becoming an expert on an area of the Box product suite and growing knowledge over time
- Learning how largest customers use Box on a day-to-day basis and becoming the voice of the customer to Product Teams
- Addressing complex customer issues by reading documentation, building test apps and scenarios, and collaborating with others
- Gathering data from web services and using it for own purposes
Other
- 2+ years experience in Product Support, Developer Support, or a similar role
- Articulate communicator, proficient in both verbal and written English/language
- Ability to intuit customers' needs and advise on ways to improve their organization's performance with Box
- Demonstrated ability managing priorities and adapting in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of self-awareness, adaptable in changing environments and able to maintain composure
