Reuter-Stokes is looking to lead innovation in radiation detection and measurement technologies within the Industrial Instrumentation/Nuclear/Energy Industry by developing new products through Agile-focused New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
Requirements
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
- PMP, CSM, SAFe or other related certifications (preferred)
- Experience in nuclear, aerospace, or other regulated capital-intensive industry (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization.
- Apply Agile principles (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) within a hybrid project management framework to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution—gathering requirements, managing expectations, and providing regular updates.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks proactively.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, or similar field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite with some ability to work flexible hours
