Requirements

• Mastery of software development in Python
• Practical experience with computational and statistical methods for analysis of both small and large scale data
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, including use of and integration with databases
• Proficiency in creation of end-user available tools and web portals
• Experience with REST APIs to access public datasets
• Practical experience in machine learning or image processing and analysis
• Experience with relevant analytical, statistical, scientific, and visualization packages

Responsibilities

• Deploying, applying, evaluating, and improving tools to manage, analyze, interpret, and visualize data regarding biotherapeutic development campaigns
• Mastery of software development in Python
• Use of relevant analytical, statistical, scientific, and visualization packages
• Practical experience with computational and statistical methods for analysis of both small and large scale data
• Management and analysis of data within cloud-based platforms, including use of and integration with databases
• Creation of end-user available tools and web portals
• Use of REST APIs to access public datasets
