Responsibilities
- Drives or supports complex sales solutions by translating business requirements into solution requirements, coordinating expertise, scoping, and defining delivery and managing deployment timelines.
- Defines actionable plans and courses of action for change programs, digital content, and communications for program readiness and rollout.
- Assesses the effectiveness and positive impact of solutions and communicates the results to stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
- Designs engaging learning experiences by analyzing needs, defining objectives, and creating instructional materials across multiple formats (VILT, ILT, eLearning, video, and job aids).
- Works closely with subject matter experts and trainers to ensure content aligns with business goals and adult learning best practices.
Other
- Three (3) year professional business experience in project management, sales, learning and development, education, communications including writing and editing, content management, creative development, or quantitative analysis.
- Strong relationship building, strategic partnering, research/analysis, project/program management, and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to innovate and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.
- Remote work will be considered based on business needs.
- Relocation may be available.
