Helzberg Diamonds' Information Technology Department needs to design and implement complex technical solutions for their Salesforce B2C Ecommerce platform to meet business initiatives, including deployment of updates, maintenance, and security enhancements. They also aim to ensure interoperability of back-end systems with the site, enable personalization and customer data capture, and support promotional capabilities and payment capture.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience developing and implementing technical solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience developing technical solutions for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other related technologies including OMS, PIM, Salesforce Marketing, Data & Service Cloud etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture (SFRA), data modeling and security best practices.
  • Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Developer Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and document complex technical solutions as an independent and experienced member of the Ecommerce Development team.
  • Provide mentorship and code reviews for Ecommerce development team, ensuring that software development best practices are understood and applied.
  • Partner with Ecommerce Development Manager to design, execute and enhance deployment processes & controls for software updates in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Implement third-party integrations and work with API’s/RESTful web services to enhance site functionality.
  • Work with the Information Security Team to ensure security posture complies with industry standards.
  • Assess current development team practices and provide recommendations for process changes to drive efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and provide recommendations for improving complex technical processes and systems.

Other

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or comparable professional experience.
  • Customer advocacy and a passion for delivering the highest levels of Customer Service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and business personnel at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
