Panasonic Connect is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex applications across the Salesforce platform, including integrations with third-party applications, to align solutions with technical standards and business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud).
- Strong command of Apex, Flow, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integration tools and best practices.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II certifications required.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
- Working knowledge of MuleSoft.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, Lightning components, and other declarative tools.
- Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems and platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Collaborate with system owners to create and execute test scripts to validate solutions.
- Debug and resolve technical issues across environments.
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and compliance of all Salesforce solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend alternative approaches to meet evolving business needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile environments (5+ years preferred).
- Ability to adapt and learn new platforms and technologies quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% within North America.
