Alpha Omega is seeking a qualified Sr Salesforce Omniscript Developer for a Federal client to design and develop customized Salesforce solutions, implement Service Cloud features, integrate Salesforce with external systems, configure Experience Cloud, develop Lightning Web Components, and automate business processes using Salesforce Flows.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce Development, with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
- Expertise with OmniStudio - specific experience creating OmniScripts.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data modeling, security, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development is preferred.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Salesforce Flows.
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification is required - Platform Developer 2 certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Implement and configure Service Cloud features, including case management, knowledge base, and service automation.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs and web services.
- Configure and customize Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) to create engaging customer and partner communities.
- Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience and improve application performance.
- Utilize Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and create efficient workflows.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
