Amazon is looking to identify and implement solutions to business requirements by designing and setting up complex integrations into their existing Salesforce architecture and workflows, driving seamless connectivity across tools for their Shipping Business Development needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
- Knowledge of at least one modern programming language such as C, C++, Java, or Perl
- Experience in Salesforce point and click configuration using workflows, validation rules, sales process setup, roles & profiles, reports and dashboards
- 3+ years of cloud and on-premise integration experience, or AWS Professional level certification
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex and Salesforce APIs at a large organization
Responsibilities
- Architect, design and build scalable, flexible, and integrated solutions for our Sales, Marketing, and operations teams in partnership with other technology partners/teams/leaders within/external the Amazon Shipping organization.
- Lead a team of engineers and work closely with product/program managers to define the problem and provide solution using Salesforce and native AWS services to automate, optimize, Sales and Marketing workflows.
- Simplify and reinvent systems, processes, and tools to improve Sales experiences.
- Collaborate with tech leaders and jointly define strategy, vision, and roadmap of multi-year business critical cloud technology solution which will be rolled out to Amazon Shipping commercial teams.
- Define technical initiatives to drive cost optimization across various CRM, and AWS environments, bring thought leadership to manage availability, latency and performance of our mission critical tools and services.
- Develop Solutions: Manage configuration/coding of new and existing Salesforce features, including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, flows, and other 3rd party applications.
- Mentor engineers on the team and across amazon and help in their career progression.
