Qorvo is looking for a Sr SAP Vistex Business Systems Analyst to design, build, and deploy SAP Sales & Distribution and Vistex Pricing & Channel Management processes to solve complex technical challenges for their customers in various high-growth segments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of cumulative hands-on work experience including configuring, implementing, and testing in SAP Sales & Distribution, Vistex Modules- Incentive Administration, Sales Rebates, Sales Incentives, Bill Back and Charge Back, Data Maintenance Pricing, Data Maintenance Resources module.
- Expertise in configuring SAP Sales & Distribution module functions such as Pricing, ATP, Credit Management, Shipping, Billing, Partner Determination, Output Determinations etc.
- Proven experience in designing and building fit to standard solutions with minimal customizations.
- Hands-on integration experience with industry best practices between SAP ECC, S/4 Hana to other connected systems like Salesforce.
- SDLC experience using Agile Methodology supported IT processes related to Demand Management, Change management and Release Management
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in a support and project-based work environment
- End to end Vistex Solution Implementation experience in SAP ECC or V/4 HANA in support of a business transformation for a large global organization is highly desired
Responsibilities
- Support the design, build, deploy of SAP Sales & Distribution, Vistex Pricing & Channel Management processes leveraging SAP ECC, S/4 HANA technology and agile methodology
- Work closely with business partners to understand their requirements and provide optimal and scalable SAP solution options
- Collaborate with cross functional teams from business and IT to identify, design, build and implement complex end-to-end scalable solutions
- Translate non-functional and functional requirements into end-to-end system solution design leveraging fit to standard and best practices minimizing customizations.
- Diligently review and create quality documentation to capture: Business processes documents, Business process flows, Fit-Gap analysis, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTMs), Functional Specifications and strategy documents to support cutover, testing, data migration, security and deployment
- Champions BDAT methodology (Business Process > DATA> Application > Technology) and drives standard out of box COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) system options.
- Work closely with AMS partners to run and maintain the SAP platform

- This is a hybrid position where the current expectation is three days a week in our Greensboro, NC or Hillsboro OR office. However, this is subject to change based on business needs.
- Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in simple business terms.
- Establish business process framework standards (APQC, SCOR etc..) supported by an enterprise BPMN tool like Signavio Process modeling
- Adopt and adhere to Qorvo lean principles using standard processes, establish KPIs, systematic problem solving leading to continuous improvement.
- Cross functional integration experience with other SAP Modules like Finance, Materials Management, Production Planning.
