Sonata Software is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in ServiceNow implementations to support businesses in becoming connected, open, intelligent, and scalable.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
- Experience with Service Portal and UI Policies
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: FSM (Field Service Management), SOM (Service Order Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), and ITSM (IT Service Management)
