Accenture Federal Services needs to design and implement complex workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to ensure seamless configuration and optimization of the instance, empowering the client to execute their mission-critical business processes effectively.
Requirements
- 4 years of expertise in ServiceNow across one or more of these key modules: IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Software Asset Management (SAM/ITAM), Vulnerability Response (VR), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Familiarity with SAFE implementation methodologies
- Strong background in configuring instances, integrating workflows, and managing end-to-end implementations
Responsibilities
- Configure complex workflows and integrations in ServiceNow
- Develop, deliver, and support operations for ServiceNow system
- Be involved in most stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from development through implementation
