Accenture Federal Services is looking to solve the problem of delivering high-quality technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform for the US federal government, specifically in the Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) application with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent components.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
- 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
- Implementation and support experience in ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) and/or Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Familiarity with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent; along with related out of the box processes
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist in CSM or PSDS
- Experience with troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing ServiceNow applications
