Requirements
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
- 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
- Implementation and support experience in ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) and/or Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Familiarity with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent; along with related out of the box processes
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist in CSM or PSDS
- Experience with ServiceNow development and implementation
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Delivering a high-quality technical solution in the ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) application with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent components
- Creating seamless, user-friendly workflows and automated processes enhancing operational efficiency for our client
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technical deliverables meet organizational goals and adhere to industry and ServiceNow best practices
- Troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing ServiceNow applications to ensure continued operations and scalability
- Implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
- Ensuring technical deliverables meet organizational goals and adhere to industry and ServiceNow best practices

- Active secret clearance required
